Common questions

Who can you support?

Contact us about nursing and disability support for yourself, a family member or someone you support. We discuss each person’s age, goals, care needs and required skills before confirming whether our team is suitable.

Which NDIS plan-management types can I enquire about?

Let us know whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. We’ll confirm whether we can provide the requested support under your funding arrangements before you get started.

How do you assess availability?

We consider your suburb, preferred days and times, the support you need and the skills required. We then check for a suitable team member and discuss available options with you.

Do I need to know which service to request?

No. Tell us what you need help with and we’ll talk through suitable options together. You can send an enquiry, call or text 0426 424 437.

Your next step

Let’s work out what support looks like for you.

You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Tell us what you need help with and we can talk through the options together.

  1. Tell us about yourself

Share your needs, interests, goals and where you’re looking for support.

  2. Plan your support

We discuss suitable services, team availability, your care requirements and costs.

  3. Get started together

We agree on your support arrangements and keep in touch as your needs change.

A note about NDIS funding. Funded support must relate to your disability and be consistent with your plan and NDIS funding rules. Everyday costs such as activity tickets, gym memberships and standard childcare fees are paid separately. We’ll discuss support costs and any additional expenses before you start. Read the NDIS guidance.
