Eligibility criteria include being an Australian citizen or resident living in NSW, having a significant and permanent disability requiring support for social and community activities, and needing lifelong support due to your disability. It’s important to note that eligibility for the NDIS doesn’t automatically guarantee eligibility for the Companion Card.
